dc.description.abstractKüreselleşme ile birlikte ekonomik,sosyal ve kültürel kısacası her alanda yaşadığımız değişimlerin sonucu uluslararası ilişkiler sahnesinin aktörleri de değişmiş ve sistemde rol oynayan, devletler dışında yeni aktörler ortaya çıkmıştır. Devletlerin etki alanlarına müdahale eden hatta egemenlik haklarına meydan okuyan bu yeni aktörler Çokuluslu Şirketlerden başkası değildir. Çokuluslu Şirketlerle ilgili olarak tartışılan konu faaliyetleri sonucu ortaya çıkan tabloya göre dünya ticaretine,ekonomiye ve kalkınmaya ne verip karşılığında ne aldıkları, kazandıkları güç ve otorite sayesinde neleri değiştirdikleri veya değişime zorladıklarıdır.en_US
dc.description.abstractWith the globalization by the result of the changes in the field of economics,social and cultural life ,we witnessed the change of actors in international relations. Now we have another actors in international relations beside the states which they have taken part in the system . These new actors which interfere to the sphere of influences of the states, even challange the sovereignty rights of the states , are the Multinational Companies. Recently there is an ongoing discussion about the Multinational Companies that what they have been given to the world trade, economy and development and what they have been taken in return, is there a change which is caused or forced by the multinational companiesen_US
