Özet
ÖZET Çalışmamızda etkin maddesi Triasulfüron olan Logran'ın farklı konsantrasyon, cinsiyet ve muamele sürelerinde Mus musculus üzerindeki sitogenetik etkisi in vivo olarak araştırıldı. Distile suda eritilen Logran'ın 125 |ig/ml, 250 u.g/ml, 500 fig/ml'lik konsantrasyonları kullanıldı. Dişi ve erkek farelere farklı konsantrasyonlardaki Logran hayvanlar öldürülmeden 12 ve 24 saat önce intraperitonal olarak verildi. Logran, fare kemik iliğinde kromatid gap, izokromatid gap, kromatid kırık, izokromatid kırık gibi kromozom aberasyonlarına neden oldu. X2 testine göre değerlendirilen sonuçlar, 500 u.g/mTlik konsantrasyonlu, 24 saat muameleli dişi grup hariç tüm gruplarda kontrole göre anlamlı bulundu. Logran mitotik indeks üzerine de etki etti, hücre bölünmesini azalttı. Araştırmamızda elde edilen sitogenetik ve istatistiksel sonuçlara göre Logran, Mus musculus üzerine genotoksik etkilidir. SUMMARY In our study, the cytogenetics effects of Logran at different concentrations, sex and application periods were investigated by the method of in vivo. Logran' s active material is Triasulfuron. 125 u,g/ml, 250 ng/ml, 500 u.g/ml concentration of Logran which was solved in distilled water were used. Before servical dislocation, male and female mice were applied intraperitonally with Logran at different concentrations for 12 and 24 hours. Logran, induced chromosome aberrations like chromatid gap, isochromatid gap, chromatid break and isochromatid break on mice bone marrow. X2 Statistical test revealed that, according to the control group, ocurrent aberations at all the applicated groups except the female group which was applied 500 (ig/ml concentration of Logran, for 24 hours, were significant. Logran was effective on the mitotic index and also decreased cell dividing. According to the cytogenetic and statistical results which were obtained in our study, Logran is genotoxically effective on Mus musculus.
