Özet
Ö Z E T Bu çalışmada, eter ve kloroformun kurbağa karaciğer glikojeni üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Eter ve kloroform hayvanlara ağzı delikli kaplar içinde, solunum havası yoluyla 2 saat süreyle uygulanmıştır. Karaciğer glikojeni histolojik olarak Bauer-Feulgen boyama yöntemi ile incelenmiş, eter ve kloroformun kurbağa karaciğer glikojeninde azalmaya neden olduğu gözlenmiştir.
-II- SUMMARY In this study, the effects of ether and chloroform on the frog liver glycogen has been investigated. Ether and chloroform have been applied to the frogs for two hours within perforated dished via the respiratory air. The liver glycogen has been examined by the Bauer-Feulgen method, histologically, and reducting of the frog liver glycogen by ether and chloroform were observed.
