| dc.description.abstract | Prefabrikasyon, genellikle hızlı çözümlerle bina ihtiyacını karşılamak için kullanılan bir sistem olmuştur. Günümüzde ahşap, beton, çelik, plastik gibi malzemelerin prefabrikasyon sisteminden söz edilebilirken, 20. yüzyıl başlarında prefabrikasyon daha çok ahşap malzeme ile konut, depo, garaj gibi basit işleve sahip yapılar için kullanılmaktaydı. Tez çalışmasında tespit edilen ahşap prefabrik yapıların gelişimi tarihsel süreç içerisinde açıklanmıştır. Bahsi geçen prefabrik yapılar dünya genelinde daha çok kataloglar üzerinden tanıtılmış ve yaygınlaştırılmıştır. Böylece katalogdan sipariş verme usulü, aynı üründen çok sayıda üretilmesini gerekli kılarak fabrikasyonun gelişmesine olanak sağlamıştır. Başlangıçta mobilya sektöründe görülen kataloglar, 18. yüzyılda yapı sektörüne de sıçramıştır. Prefabrikasyon sistemin konutta uygulanabilmesi, ahşap katalog evlerin Avrupa ve özellikle hızlı inşa faaliyetlerine ihtiyaç duyan Amerika’nın dört bir yanında görülmesine neden olmuştur. Bahsedilen tip konutlarla şehirler bile kurulmuştur. Hatta 20. yüzyıl başlarından itibaren ahşap katalog evlerin, Türkiye örnekleri, Zingal fabrikası tarafından üretilmiş, tanıtımı yapılmış ve fabrika içerisinde inşa edilmişlerdir. Türkiye’nin böyle bir yapım sisteminde çağı yakalamış olması mimarlık tarihi açısından önemlidir. Ülkemizde sadece Zingal fabrikasında yapılan üretim değil, ayrıca yurtdışından gelen veya getirtilmeye çalışılan bazı katalog evlerin de mevcut olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Genellikle deprem ve yangın gibi afetlerin sonrasında çokça konuşulduğu gibi, tekil yapı olarak, ihtiyaca yönelik inşa edilen örnekler de mevcuttur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Prefabrication is a system that is generally used to meet the building needs with fast solutions. While the prefabrication system of materials like wood, concrete, steel, plastic can be mentioned nowadays, by the beginning of the 20th century, this process was mostly current for wooden buildings and simple functions such as houses. In this study, the foundation of the wooden prefabricated buildings identified is explained in the historical process. These prefabricated buildings have been promoted and disseminated through catalogs around the world. Thus, the ordering procedure from the catalog required the production of a large number of the same product, resulting in fabrication. The catalogs, which were initially seen in the furniture sector, spread to the construction sector in the 18th century. The fact that this fabrication system can be applied in the housing has led to the fact that wooden catalog houses are seen all over Europe and especially in America that require rapid construction activities. Even with such houses, cities have been established. Even since the early 20th century catalog of wooden houses, examples of Turkey, produced by the factory Zingal, presentation made and built in the factory. Turkey to be caught in such an epoch making system is important for the history of architecture. In our country, not only the production in Zingal factory, but also some catalog houses coming from abroad or being tried to be brought in are present.
