An Investigation of lactation curves of black and white cattle with different matematical models raised in Tahirova and Kumkale public intensive farm

Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırmada laktasyon eğrilerinin çeşitli matematik modellere uyumu incelenmiştir. Araştırmada; Tahirova Kamu Tarım İşletmesinde 1994- 1995 yılları arasında yetiştirilen 35 adet Siyah alaca ırkı ve Kumkale Kamu Tarım İşletmesinde 1994-1995 yılları arasında yetiştirilen 29 adet Siyah alaca ırkı ineğine ait toplam 120 laktasyonun verileri kullanılmıştır. Laktasyon eğrisine ait parametre tahminleri belirlenmesinde Wood, Goodall ve Grossman modellerinin laktasyon eğrilerine uyumu karşılaştırılmıştır. Modellerin denklemleri aşağıda verilmiştir: 1-Y=anbecn 2- Y=anb e (-cn+D) 3- Y=anb ecn (1+u sin (x) + v cos (x)j şeklindedir. Elimizdeki veriler işletmelere göre, birinci ve ikinci laktasyon şeklinde laktasyonlara göre gruplandırılmıştır. Goodall model için mevsim faktörü de dikkate alınmıştır. Buzağılama mevsimleri; sonbahar ve kış (Eylül, Ekim, Kasım, Aralık, Ocak, Şubat) ve ilkbahar-yaz (Mart, Nisan, Mayıs, Haziran, Temmuz, Ağustos) mevsimleri olarak belirlenmiştir. Sonbahar ve kış aylan için D=0 ve ilkbahar-yaz ayları için D=l alınarak mevsim etkisi incelenmiştir.Çalışmadaki iki işletmenin üç model için laktasyon eğrisinin parametreleri: Laktasyonun devamlılık katsayısı, persistensi (S) Laktasyonda maksimum günlük süt üretimi (Ymax) Günlük süt üretiminde pike ulaşılan zaman (Tmax) hesaplanmıştır. Laktasyon sıralarına göre, iki işletme grubu için laktasyon eğrilerine ait parametrelerin tahmin edilmesiyle; devamlılık katsayısı (S) değeri yüksek birinci laktasyonda, yüksek (en fazla verim değeri) Ymax değeri genellikle ikinci laktasyonda, yüksek (en fazla verime ulaşma süresi) Tmax değeri ise çoğunlukla birinci laktasyonlarda elde edilmiştir. Tahirova ve Kumkale Kamu Tarım İşletmesi Siyah Alaca ırkının birinci ve ikinci laktasyonlarına ait 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, 300 güne karşılık gerçek ve beklenen günlük süt verim ortalamaları Wood, Goodall ve Grossman modeli için değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Gerçek ve beklenen günlük süt verim ortalama değerleri yardımı ile modellerin işletmelere ait laktasyon sırasına göre gerçek ve beklenen laktasyon eğrileri oluşturulmuştur. İncelenen iki işletmenin Wood, Goodall ve Grossman modellerine göre birinci ve ikinci laktasyonlann laktasyon eğrisi tipleri değerleri de sırasıyla; %10.15, %16.67; %10.45, %17.03 ve %16.17, %20.83 düzeyinde standart dışı (tipik olmayan) laktasyon eğrisi karakterinde olduğu gözlenmiştir.
SUMMARY The lactation curve characteristics of black and white catties raised Tahirova and Kumkale state farm were investigated. The lactation records of total 116 black and white cows belong to the period of 1994-1995 year raised in Tahirova (35 head) and Kumkale (29 head) were used. The Wood Model, Goodall Model and Grossman Models were used to estimate the parameters of lactation curve. The fitness between observed, lactation curve and expected curve were researched.The equations of the several lactation curve models were as belows. 1 - Y=anb ecn 2- Y=anb e i-cn+D> 3- Y=anb e-cn (1+u sin (x) + v cos (x)) The data existed were grouped according to the number of lactation and farms. The original data were converted to the value required for the working formulae. Every individual data were used for obtaining the parameters of models used. Goodall model were taken in to account of the season effect. Two kind of season were assumed. The (D) coefficient for spring and winter were taken as zero and one respectively. The lactation curve parameters such as coeficient of persistancy (S), avarage maximum daily peak yield (Ymax) and thetime after parturation when the peak yield accurs (Tmax) of two farm for three model and two number of lactation were determined. The highest (S) value was obtained for first lactation. The highest (Ymax) was calculated for second lactation. The highest (Tmax) was determined for first lactation. The expected test day milk yield were calculated for every individual according to the equations used. Than avarage predicted test day milk yield were compared with expected test day milk yield avarage in order to reveal the degree of fitness in every sub group by square of corelatian coefficient (R2). The accuracy of estimation according to the models were determined b>r also calculation the mean squared deviation. Lactation curves were classifed in to two groups according to the sign (pozitive or negative) of parameters obtained. The rate of the standart (typical) curves for first and second lactation of Wood model were as 10.15; 16.67 % respectively. The parcentage of the typical curve for first and second lactation of Goodall model were as 10.45; 17.03 % respectively. The rate of typical curve for first and second lactation of Grossman model were as 16.17 and 20.83 % respectively.
