Özet
Bu tezin yazılmasındaki amaç, günümüz müzik öğretmenliği mesleği ve müzik eğitiminin kökeni ve gelişiminin tüm eğitim tarihinde olduğu gibi Osmanlı ve öncesini de bütünleyen bir yapısallık kapsamında tespit etmek, olay, olgu ve kavramlar altında ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda “Osmanlılarda Musiki Muallimliği Mesleğini Betimleyen (Niteleyen) Olgu ve Kavramlar Nelerdir?” soru cümlesi araştırmanın kapsamını oluşturmuştur. Bu sorunun yanıtı tarihi belgeler, hatıratlar ve müzik eğitim bilimsel metin incelemelerine dayandırılmış, nitel araştırma yöntemi ve belge tarama deseninde yapılandırılmıştır. Bulgular ise nitel verilerin nicel verilerle vurgulanmasıyla ortaya konulmuştur. Bulgular doğrultusunda; BOA Belgeleri, Hatırat ve Yıllıklar, Müzik Eğitim Bilim Makale çözümlemelerine dayanan nitel sonuçlar ortaya konulmuştur.
Abstract
The main motivation in this thesis is to show that, as in entire history of education, the origin and development of modern-day music teaching vocation and music education contain a structuralism that integrates Ottoman times and before and to present these scholarly music detections that constitute this structuralism within the context of incidents, facts, concepts and statements. With this purpose in mind, the question of “What incidents, facts, concepts and statements which produce the music teaching vocation in Ottomans are?” is chosen as the research subject. The response of this question, within the scope of the research, is predicated on historical documents, memoirs and scholarly music education textual analysis; and these are structured within the frame of qualitative method of investigation, and document scanning method. These datum are attained qualitatively and findings which lay stress on the quantitative importance of the statements are generated by numerical multiplicities resulting in statements. According to findings, BOA Documents, Memoirs and Yearbook, Music Education Science Article analyzes were based on the qualitative results.
