ÖZET DOKTORA TEZİ PARMAKLI VE PERVAZLI TİP AKSİYAL AKIŞLI HARMANLAMA ÜNİTELERİNİN TASARIMI VE UYGUN PROTOTİPLERİNİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİ ÜZERİNDE ARAŞTIRMALAR Abdullah SESSİZ Trakya Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Tarım Makinalan Anabilim Dalı Danışman : Prof. Dr. Poyraz ÜLGER 1998, Sayfa: 114 Jüri : Prof. Dr. Poyraz ÜLGER Üye : Prof. Dr. Selçuk ARIN Üye : Prof. Dr. Yunus PINARBu çalışmada, ülkemiz koşullarına uygun biri parmaklı, diğeri pervazlı olmak üzere 2 farklı aksiyal akışlı harmanlama ünitesinin tasarımı ve prototip imalatı amaçlanmıştır. Parmaklı tip harmanlama ünitesiyle çeltik, pervazlı tip harmanlama ünitesiyle de buğdayın harmanlama denemeleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, harmanlama ünitelerinin performanslarını ortaya koymak amacıyla, besleme miktarı, batör çevre hızı, batör-kontrbatör açıklığı ve ürünlerin nem içerikleri bağımsız parametreler olarak seçilmiştir. Bu parametrelere bağlı olarak, batör uzunluğu boyunca kontrbatörden ayrılan tane miktarı, ortalama güç tüketimi, özgül güç tüketimi, harmanlama kayıpları ve kayıplara bağlı olarak da harmanlama etkinlikleri saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, her bağımlı değişken için, bütün bağımsız parametrelerin birlikte etkisini gösteren regresyon eşitlikleri geliştirilmiştir. Her iki harmanlama ünitesiyle yapılan denemeler sonucunda % 100 bir ayrılma elde edilmiş ve tanenin tümünün ayrılması için 100 cm'lik batör uzunluğu yeterli olmuştur. Ayrılan dane üzerinde istatistiksel açıdan bağımsız parametrelerin etkisi olmamıştır. Güç tüketimi; besleme miktarı, batör çevre hızı ve nem içeriğinin artmasıyla birlikte artmış, batör-kontrbatör açıklığının artmasıyla da azalmıştır. Parmaklı tip harmanlama ünitesiyle yapılan çeltik harmanlama denemelerinde güç tüketimi bağımsız parametrelere bağlı olarak 0.580 kW ile 2.482 kW arasında değişmiştir. Pervazlı tiple yapılan buğday harmanlama denemelerinde ise, güç tüketimi 0.639 kW ile 3.34 kW arasında değişmiştir. Parmaklı tip harmanlama ünitesiyle yapılan çeltik harmanlamasında HE % 93.26 ile % 98.99 arasında değişirken, pervazlı tip harmanlama ünitesiyle yapılan buğday harmanlamasında HE % 98.8 ile % 99.56 arasında değişmiştir. Threshing trails of paddy was conducted with the spike-tooth type while that of wheat with rap-bar type threshing unit. In order to expose the performance of threshing units, feeding rates, drum peripheral speed, concave clearances and moisture contents of the crops were selected as independent parameters. Depending on these parameters, amount of grain seperation along of the drum length, average power consumption, specific power consumption, threshing losses and threshing efficiency up to losses were determined, in addition, regression equations indicating the total effects of all indipendent parameters were improved for each dependent parameter. As a result of the trails, seperation of 100 % was obtained with both types of threshing units and a drum length of 100 cm was sufficient for the seperation of all grains. The effect of independent parameters on the seperation of grain were not statistically significant. Power consumption increased with the increase in feed rate, drum peripheral speed and moisture contents, but it decreased with the increase in concave clearances. Power consumption was between 0.580 kW and 2.482 kW in the threshing trails of paddy performed by the spike-tooth type threshing unit, depending on the independent parameters, while it was between 0.639 kW and 3.34 kW in the wheat threshing trails performed by the rasp-bar type threshing unit. Threshing efficiency was between 93.26 % and 98.99 % and between 98.8 % and % 99.56 % in the paddy paddy threshing made by the spike-tooth type threshing unit and in the wheat threshing made by the rasp-bar type threshing unit, respectively.
