Özet
Bu çalışmada 8 yeni kiral diamid binollerin sentezlenmesinde kiral katalizör olarak kullanmak için sentezlendi. İsatoik anhidrit N,N-dimetil formamid varlığında kiral bir amid vermek için kiral bir amin ile reaksiyona sokuldu. Yeni kiral diamitlerin sentezi miristil klörür, palmitil klörür, stearil klörür ve oleil klörür gibi farklı karbon sayılı asit klörürler ile elde edilen amidteki serbest amino grubunun reaksiyonundan bazik şartlar altında gerçekleştirildi. Bu kiral diamitler kiral binollerin sentezinde kiral bir katalizör olarak kullanıldı. Bu binollerin çevirme açıları polimetri cihazı ile ölçüldü. Optikçe saflık, gözlenen çevirme açısı ve spesifik çevirme açısı kullanılarak hesaplandı.
Abstract
In this study, the eight new chiral diamides were synthesized to use as the chiral catalyst in the synthesis of chiral binols. Isatoic anhydride was reacted with a chiral amine in presence of N,N'-dimethylformamide to give a chiral amide. Synthesis of new chiral diamides were carried out under basic condition from the reaction of free amino groups in the obtained amide with different carbon number acid chlorides such as myristoyl chloride, palmitoyl chloride, stearoyl chloride and oleoyl chloride. These chiral diamides were used as a chiral catalyst in the synthesis of chiral binols. The rotation of these binols were measured by the polarimetry device. The optical purity was calculated using the observed rotation and specific rotation.
