In the presented thesis study, in aqueous solutions of transition metals Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Pd(II) and Pt(II); complexes with multiple ligand mixtures including caffeine, potassium thiocyanate, 8-hydroxy quinoline, ethylenediamine, nicotinamide, adenine, theophylline, m-nitro aniline, p-bromophenol, p-Br-2,6bis(hydroxymethyl)phenol and schiff bases synthesized. Schiff bases; L-asparagine was obtained from the reactions of L-phenylalanine and L-glutamine amino acids with furfuraldehyde and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde. Reflux (back distillation) method was chosen as the synthesis method. For the preparation of synthesized complex compounds and elucidation of their structures physico-chemical analysis (Elemental analysis, magnetic moment and conductivity measurements, melting point determination), spectroscopic analysis (UV/Visible, FTIR, LC-MS, SEM, EDX and XRD-Powder) and thermal analysis (TG/DTA) methods were used. After the structural characterization of the synthesized complexes, their antimicrobial activities were investigated in terms of biological applicability.
