The technical infrastructure of developing technologies is expressed and compared with traditional RF communication protocols in terms of spectral efficiency and signal overhead on network. The objectives of these novel technologies are discussed in each section. The contributions of these approaches to the architecture are presented and also these technologies are examined in details based on a potential 5G wireless structure.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessEnergy EfficiencySpectral EfficiencySignaling OverheadMassive MIMOSpatial ModulationMobile FemtocellVisible Light CommunicationA Potential Architecture and Next Generation Technologies for 5G Wireless NetworksConference Object277280N/AWOS:0003912509000472-s2.0-84982813006N/A
