To determine the underlying cause, different medical departments must work together. Psychiatric consultations are needed when these patients act against the services' rules or become agitated. We present a case where the patient was evaluated for the agitated behavior in the emergency unit and diagnosed as delirium due to datura stramonium intoxication.
