Immunologic response to abnormal melanocytes is thought to be responsible for the physiopathology of the disease. A 34-year-old male patient with a facially localized melanoma associated leukoderma is presented and the clinical features, pathogenesis, differential diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of the disease are discussed with the recent literature.tr10.5152/tdd.2010.05info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessVitiligoVitiligo-Like DepigmentationLeukodermaA Case of Melanoma Associated LeukodermaArticle425254N/AWOS:0004208517000052-s2.0-77955375932Q4
