Herewith, we present a case of decubitis angina occurring immediately after lying down in a patient with coronary artery disease and aortic regurgitation. The patient was successfully treated by percutaneous coronary intervention. It should be kept in mind that early-onset chest pain immediately after lying down might be a sign of myocardial ischemia or acute coronary syndrome especially in the presence of coronary artery disease and aortic regurgitation.en10.1055/s-0043-1777343info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessAngina PectorisDecubitis AnginaNocturnal AnginaAortic RegurgitationCoronary Artery DiseaseMyocardial IschemiaAcute Coronary SyndromeNocturnal AnginaPectorisStenosisAn Atypical Presentation of Decubitis Angina in a Patient with Coronary Artery Disease and Aortic Regurgitation: Case ReportArticleN/AWOS:0011241766000012-s2.0-85179798921Q3
