Male and female mice were applied intraperitonally with 125, 250 and 500 ?mL-1 concentrations of Logran for 12 and 24 h. Logran induced chromosome aberrations like chromatid gap, isochromatid gap, chromatid break, isochromatid break and centromeric attenuation on bone marrow cells of mice. Increase of chromosomal aberration reduced mitotic activity.
