Since Global Positioning System(GPS) makes only outdoor positioning successful, there is a needof new approaches for indoor positioning systems. Sometechniques on indoor positioning systems have been proposed inthis scope, but they have not reached to the success of outdoorsystems in terms of speed, consistency and power management. The aim of this study is to develop an indoor positioning systemusing latest Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology. This systemconsists of BLE sensor nodes, a mobile device and a mobileapplication that calculates indoor position by measuring the signallevels of the sensor nodes designed. BLE sensor nodes have lowpower consumption and can be powered by a coin battery. Sincemost consumers have a mobile phone today, the system can be usedeasily by installing a mobile application.en10.17694/bajece.334388info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessDesign of Bluetooth Low Energy Based Indoor Positioning SystemArticle526065292025
