Khazrati Imam died in the 10th Century, but his Complex (Hastimom)buildings were built in the 16th-20th Centuries in different periods. The oldest surviving building is the 16thCentury Barakkhan Madrasah, in the Complex. In the middle of the 19th Century, the Tillashaikh Mosque, theMoi Mubarak Madrasah, and the Mosque (not exist today) were built. In the early 20th century, the TillashaikhMosque rebuilt.
