Çözümlerden elektrona ait dalga fonksiyonu, olasılık yoğunluğu ve geçiş katsayıları hesaplanmıştır.The Schrödinger equations which belong to a double barriered single potential well and a triple barriered double potential well are solved for an electron within the effective mass approximation.
