Birinci bölümde şairin hayatı, sanatı ve eserleriyle ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde şiirlerin tematik açıdan değerlendirilmesi üzerinde durulmuştur. Şiirleri konularına göre tasnif edilmiştir. Düşündüklerinin, yaşadıklarının şiirini yazmayı amaçlayan şair, içinde epik, lirik ve didaktik türlere ait unsurların yer aldığı bir şiir oluşturmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde şiirler şekil bakımından incelenmiş olup dördüncü bölümde de şiirlerin dil ve anlatım özellikleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Çalışma bu dört bölümün bir sonuca bağlanmasıyla bitirilmiştir. Böylece çalışma Uluğ Turanlıoğlu’nun hayatına ve şiir dünyasına yapılan bir yolculuk olmuştur.This study about Uluğ Turanlıoğlu, one of the poets of the Republican Period, has been prepared to give detailed information about the poet's life, art and works. In the first part, information about the life, art and works of the poet is given. In the second part, the thematic evaluation of the poems is emphasized. His poems are classified according to their subjects. The poet, who aims to write the poem of his thoughts and experiences, has created a poem that includes elements of epic, lyrical and didactic genres. In the third section, the poems are examined in terms of form, and in the fourth section, information about the language and expression characteristics of the poems is given. The study is concluded by concluding these four chapters.
