Each antenna elements used in MIMO occupies an area of 28.26mm2 and printed on FR-4 substrate having dimension of 150x75x0.8mm3 which is analogous to the display screen of the smartphone. The proposed antenna has simulated -6dB impedance bandwidth of 200% (2300-6500 MHz) covering LTE 40/41, 5G New Radio sub 6 GHz n77/n78/n79 and WLAN frequency bands. The proposed MIMO antenna has achieved minimum isolation of -20dB among antenna elements, gain > 3dBi and radiation efficiency > 70% throughout the operating frequency bands. Further, the proposed MIMO antenna also exhibits better spatial performance including Envelope correlation coefficient (ECC) < 0.01, and Diversity Gain (DG) around 10dB. It is also perceived that the maximum channel capacity exhibited by proposed MIMO antenna is 32 bps/Hz which is close to ideal capacity (34.05 bps/Hz) for six port MIMO antenna.en10.1109/I2CT51068.2021.9418180info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccess5GLTE-A4GSmartphoneChannel CapacitySix-Port Symmetrical CPW-Fed MIMO Antenna for Futuristic Smartphone DevicesConference ObjectN/AWOS:0006793839002742-s2.0-85106477398N/A
