Unsar, Serap2024-06-122024-06-1220052147-49232147-8686https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14551/22810Objective: The descriptive study was planned to determine of views and thoughts of seniors NursinglMidwifery programs at Edirne Health College (EHC), Trakya University (T.U) about graduate education. Materials And Method: The sample of the research composed of all seniors (92) in nursing and midwifery in EHC at T.U between February and March 2004. Data were collected via a questionnaire, wich included 22 questions prepared by researcher using literature knowledges. Results And Conclusions : The students of 57.6% is composed of nursing students and those of 42.4% is composed of midwifery students. 67.4% of the students wanted to do graduate education, 44.6% of the students knew/knew partly graduate education entrance conditions, 36.7% of the students who didn't want to do graduate education stated that their foeign language wasn't enough to do graduate education and 90.2% of the students stated that graduate education would contribute to the development of their profession. It was determined that 88.9% of the students who wanted to work in as academician after graduation, 88.9% who didn't thought that practical education was enough in their school wanted to do graduate education (p<0.05).
