Saptanan başlıca yağ asidieri %24.8 stearik, %9.84 palmitik, %6.56 miristik, %6.56 oktadekatetraenoik asidlerdir. Ham ticari balık yağının fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri incelenmiş , bazı koku giderme metodları uygulanmış ve sonuçlar tartışılmıştır.The crude comınercial fısh oil was analysed qualitatively and quantitatively by gas liquid chromatography. The major fatty acids detected in this oil were as follow: 24.8% stearic,23.6% palrnitic, 9.84% myristic, 6.56% octadecatetraenoic acids.
