Sixty-five students who enrolled in foreign language classes were participated. Data were collected through a questionnaire. Findings show that majority of the participants can adequately use information and communication technologies for educational purpose. Using information and communication technologies in course activities was expressed as most important positive factor effected self-efficacy perceptions.
