Ozkan, Nurcan2024-06-122024-06-1220061300-15902148-3140https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14551/20512In this Study, Chironomidae (Diptera) larvae collected from 171 localities; rivers and stagnant waters in the Turkish Thrace from Kirklareli and Tekirdag provinces, Istanbul and Canakkale between July 2000 - August 2001 are evaluated taxonomically. 56 genus and 102 species from Tanypodinae, Orthocladiinae, Prodiamesinae and Chironominae subfamilies that belongs to Chironomidae family were determined. From these species, 28 of them are new records for Turkey's fauna of Turkish Thrace.
