Yapılan bu çalışmada da öğrenci hareketliliğine etki eden faktörler ve sonuçlarına ilişkin tartışma konuları değerlendirilmeye çalışılmaktadır.In recent years, one of the issues that countries interested in, is international migration of highly skilled people. It has been seen that a great deal of the debates in this area are related to students who go abroad with an intention of education and of the same who don't come back to sending countries.
