CASE: Twenty five-year-old gravida 2, para 1, pregnant woman with FMF was admitted to our clinic at the 8th gestational week of her pregnancy. Patient was followed under colchicine treatment throughout her pre-conceptional, pregnancy and breastfeeding period and nor side effects due to treatment neither complications as a result of FMF were observed. All clinical examinations and laboratory results were normal except elevated C-reactive protein (CRP). CONCLUSION: Our findings support the literature; colchicine use in pregnancy is safe and it can prevent possible acute attacks and nephropathy due to FMF. Data from large series of patients is needed to determine whether amniocentesis is requisite in consequence of colchicine use.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessColchlcine; Familial Mediteranean Fever; PregnancyColchicine; Adult; Article; Breast Feeding; Case Report; Clinical Examination; Familial Mediterranean Fever; Female; Follow Up; Human; Laboratory Test; Pregnancy Outcome; Side Effect; Treatment DurationFamilial mediterranean fever and pregnancy: Follow-up, therapy, pregnancy outcomes: Case reportAilesel akdeniz ateşi ve gebelik; takip, tedavi, gebelik sonuçlari: Olgu sunumuArticle2042452472-s2.0-33846980485N/A
