Tez Projesi, günümüz yazılım geliştirme teknolojilerinden biri olan ASP.NETkullanılarak geliştirilmiştir. Projede, C# programlama dili ve veritabanı olarak da MicrosoftSQL Server kullanılmıştır. Bu uygulama ile internet üzerinden tedarikçiler vearasında açık eksiltme kuralları ile satınalmaşirketler/kurumlargerçekleştirilebilmektedir.Şirketler/Kurumlar, ihtiyaç duydukları malzemelere ait satın almataleplerini, internet sitesi üzerinden ilan etmektedirler. Satınalma taleplerine teklif verebilmekiçin siteye üye tedarikçi olmak gereklidir. Üye tedarikçiler, açık eksiltme yöntemi ile taleplereteklif verebilmektedirler. This project was developed by utilizing ASP.NET which is one of today?ssoftware development tools. C# programming language and Microsoft SQL Server as thedatabase were used in the project. With this application a purchasing transaction betweensuppliers and companies/corporations can be realized on internet by reverse auction rules.Companies/Corporations declare their purchasing requests for the materials that they need oninternet. One has to be a member supplier to the site for placing an offer for the purchasingrequests. Member suppliers can offer requests by reverse auction method. So, adjudicationscan be observed transparently on internet.
