The batch method was used for the extraction of Zn(H) and Cu(II). The method was applied to the analysis of the elements studied in waste water. In addition, the back extraction of elements was studied. The, influence of foreign ions on the extraction of Zn(II) and Cu(II) was investigated. Blank values were low and recoveries were 99.4% and 77.1% for Zn(II) and Cu(H), respectively, at 95% confidence level. Detection limits (3 sigma) were 2.3 mu g.L-1 for Zn and,0.0.5 mu g.L-1 for Cu(II).eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessIronThe extraction of Zh(II) and Cu(II) from hydrochloric acid solutions by trioctylamine in methyl isobutyl ketone, isoamyl acetate and diethyl etherArticle504277281Q4WOS:000232270300005
