Tezin, bilgi güvenliği ve kriptoloji alanına bilgi anlamında katkı sağlaması öngörülmektedir.In this thesis, Homomorphic Encryption Methods and various application areas are studied. In this context, RSA Algorithm (Rivest vd., 1978) which forms the basis of Partial-Homomorphic Encryption, ElGamal Algorithm (ElGamal, 1984) and Paillier Algorithm (Paillier, 1999) and Fully Homomorphic Encryption Algorithms are examined in detail.
