The aim of vocational education is to train skillful people who have adequate vocational knowledge and the ones who the institutions and companies in business life really need. Companies and industry associations suggest that they can’t find manpower high who is quality, skilled, qualified, having enough vocational knowledge and schools don’t achieve to train manpower which has the above aspects.
