Isolated EMP of the true vocal cord is an extremely rare lesion. Only 9 cases have been reported in the English medical literature. We report a case of isolated EMP of the right true vocal cord in a 55-year-old male with a 10-year history of intermittent hoarseness. Although this appears to be an isolated case, EMP of the true vocal cord must be included in the differential diagnosis in patients with history of longstanding hoarseness.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessExtramedullary Plasmacytoma; True Vocal CordAdult; Article; Bone Marrow Biopsy; Case Report; Histopathology; Hoarseness; Human; Laboratory Test; Male; Metastasis; Microlaryngoscopy; Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging; Plasmacytoma; Tumor Recurrence; Vocal CordIsolated extramedullary plasmacytoma of the true vocal cord: A case report and review of the literatureArticle16137422-s2.0-33646445094Q453713
