A rare and endemic species distributed in the Black Sea Region of Turkiye with first description of its female: Agatharchus ponticus Belousova, 1999 (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Pentatomidae)

The female of the species, whose original description was based on a male specimen, is described here for the first time.
