The average activity concentrations of radionuclides Ra-226, Th-232, K-40, and Cs-137 were measured as 39.73 +/- A 8.45, 55.85 +/- A 10.55, 407.12 +/- A 35.39, and 8.76 +/- A 0.74 Bq kg(-1) respectively. The radiation hazard indices for natural activity were calculated. The evaluated data were compared with internationally approved values.en10.1007/s10967-016-4908-0info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessRadioactivityRadiation HazardGamma SpectrometrySoilEdirneTurkeyNatural RadioactivityBackground-RadiationSpatial-DistributionRadionuclidesRegionTh-232AreaAssessment of radioactivity levels and radiation hazards using gamma spectrometry in soil samples of Edirne, TurkeyArticle3103959967Q2WOS:0003886299000022-s2.0-84978032375Q2
