Polimer ve yüzey aktif madde arasındaki etkileşimler iletkenlik ölçümüne dayanan konduktometrik yöntem kullanılarak tayin edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda bu teknikle bulunan sonuçların tutarlı olup olmadığı boya çözündürme tekniği ile de kontrol edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar, sodyum dodesil sülfat çözeltilerine polimer ilavesi ile yüzey aktif maddenin kritik misel konsantrasyonunda önemli miktarda bir azalma meydana geldiğini göstermiştir. Polimer ile yüzey aktif madde arasındaki kompleks oluşumuna ait olan serbest enerji, entalpi ve entropi gibi termodinamik parametreler hesaplanmıştır. Hesaplanan bu parametreler kompleks oluşumunun termodinamik bakımdan kararlı olduğunu göstermiştir.In this study, the interaction between sodium dodecylsulfate, an anionic surfactant, and water soluble non-ionic polyethylene glycol polymers with different molecular weights was examined. The interactions between polymer and surfactant were determined via the conductometric technique based on conductivity measurement. At the same time, the consistency of the results obtained with this technique was checked with dye dissolution technique. The obtained results showed that the addition of polymer into sodium dodecyl sulfate solutions led to a significant decrease in the critical micelle concentration of the surfactant. Thermodynamic parameters (such as free energy, enthalpy and entropy) of the complex formation between polymer and surfactant were calculated.
