Design and Methods A pretest, posttest, one-group quasi-experimental study was carried out with 30 nurse managers and they were received Jacobson: Progressive Muscle Relaxation Exercises in a group once in a week for 8 weeks. Findings After the second month, the mean compassion fatigue (p < 0.01) and the mean burnout scores (p = 0.01) were decreased.
