However, if it is performed by untrained individuals, it may cause serious complications. In this case report, we describe an unusual circumcision complication with subglanular stricture and hypoplastic glans, which we named exclamation mark deformity, its treatment that involved glans augmentation by fat injection, and results together with further treatment options.
