Design: Case report. Setting: University teaching hospital. Patient(s): A patient with heterotopic twin monochorionic-diamniotic pregnancy. Intervention(s): Surgical removal of the ectopic pregnancy. Main Outcome Measure(s): Pregnancy course and outcome. Result(s): The patient successfully delivered twins.
