It has been shown that these frequencies fall as the size of the crystal across layers decreases. A significant softening of the low-frequency Raman-active modes has been established as the thickness of a crystal is reduced to two layers.en10.1139/cjp-2012-0576info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccess[No Keywords]The long-wavelength lattice vibrations of nanocrystal SnSArticle921011021104Q3WOS:0003431248000052-s2.0-84907486861Q3
