CASE: A 39-year-old woman was able to carry her pregnancy to term despite a huge submucous myoma and inevitable myomectomy during cesarean section. CONCLUSION: Cesarean section is indicated in patients with myomas ob-structing the birth canal, and myomectomy during cesarean section is not only a reasonable option, but sometimes inevitable. © Journal of Reproductive Medicine®, Inc.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessCesarean Section; Hemorrhage; Myomectomy; Pregnancy; Submucous MyomaFresh Frozen Plasma; Adult; Apgar Score; Article; Case Report; Cesarean Section; Clinical Article; Erythrocyte Concentrate; Female; Human; Incision; Male; Myomectomy; Newborn; Postpartum Hemorrhage; Pregnant Woman; Priority Journal; Surgical Technique; Suture Technique; Tumor Growth; Uterus MyomaInevitable myomectomy of a huge submucous myoma during cesarean section: A case reportArticle6344024042-s2.0-85051798592Q4
