Arici, M.2024-06-122024-06-1220051302-70502146-5894https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14551/19142Sensibility of different 11 lactic acid bacteria against 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and 128 mu g/ml concentrations was examined by using Bioscreen known as turbidimetric method. According to the results, levels after than 32 mu g/ml concentration of patulin has affected growth of lactic acid bacteria.
