Arazi çalışmaları sırasında yapılan 27 günlük gözlem sonucunda 19 Ordo, 52 Familya’ya ait 227 kuş türü tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen bu türlerin bölge statüleri ve koruma statüleri, üreme durumları ile birlikte topluca bir tablo halinde verilmiştir. Ayrıca kuşların ve araştırma alanının sorunları ve bu sorunların çözüm önerileri tartışılmıştır.This study was performed between October 2011 and September 2014 in İğneada Longoz Forests and its neighbourhood located inside borders of İğneada district of Demirköy, Kırklareli located to the north-eastern part of Thrace Region. Field observations were performed for a total of 27 days during the whole study period and the results of the observations were evaluated. The evaluation of the collected data showed that 227 bird species from 52 families within 19 orders existed. Regional status of these species, in addition to their conservation and breeding status were given in a table.
