Bu amaçla ağ güvenliğini sağlamada temel unsur olan güvenlik duvarları, daha önce araştırmacılar tarafından çok az denenmiş yapay zekanın alt dalı olan makine öğrenmesi yöntemleri ile analiz edilmiş ve güvenliği artırıcı bir model oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu amaca ek olarak güvenliği artırmada yeni yöntemlerin alternatif çözümler sunabileceği de gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu tez çalışmasında ayrıca, yüksek başarımlı hesaplama, veri madenciliği gibi farklı disiplinler bir arada kullanılmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar paylaşılmıştır.AbstractThe aim of this study is to increase the network security, which proves a process of high importance, for the purpose that todays computer systems can operate more efficiently. For this purpose, the firewalls, the main factors in securing the network, have been anaysed through the machine learning, a sub-branch of artificial intelligence which has been tried minimally by researchers before, and an effort to produce a model to increase the security has been made. Besides this aim, it has been tried to show that these methods can offer alternative solutions.
