Gait training with body weight supported treadmill training is a useful intervention in stroke patients who are non-ambulated or have problems in ambulation. This method seems effective in gaining symmetric gait pattern, increasing gait speed and endurance. It has been suggested that this method should be combined with other rehabilitation approaches to get better results in stroke rehabilitation.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessGait Training; Stroke Rehabilitation; TreadmillAmbulatory Care; Article; Body Weight; Cerebrovascular Accident; Clinical Effectiveness; Endurance; Exercise; Task Performance; Treadmill; Walking SpeedBody weight supported treadmill training in stroke rehabilitationİnme rehabilitasyonunda vücut a?irli?i destekli tredmil kullanimiArticle53SUPPL. 141442-s2.0-34248345397N/A
