We present a 57-year-old male patient who presented with the diagnosis of an inferior wall acute myocardial infarction with a large aneurysm of the right coronary artery and with morbid obesity. To the best of our knowledge, a relationship between body mass index and coronary artery aneurysm has not been reported in the literature so far. We speculated that there is a relationship between coronary artery aneurysm and body mass index.
