In addition the effects of intrinsic motivation on job performance and depersonalization were investigated. In this context data were gathered from 112 employees with the survey method in head office of a public institution in Ankara. The aim of the study is to investigate to effects of ethical leadership style on job performance, intrinsic motivation and depersonalization. In this context, frequency analysis for the socio-demographic characteristics of employees, factor analyses, reliability tests, simple lineer regression models were performed. As a result ethical leadership style has a positive impact on job performance and intrinsic motivation. Ethical leadership style has a negative impact on depersonalization. Intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on job performance.
