dc.description.abstractAntik Çağ'da hayvansal ve bitkisel hammaddelerden ip üretimi yapmak için iğ ve ağırşak gibi aletler kullanılmıştır. Bu aletlerin kullanımıyla sağlanan ip ise çeşitli formlarda görülebilen dokuma tezgâhlarında dokunmuştur. Dokumacılığın serüveni sanayi devrimine kadar pek fazla değişim göstermemiştir. Antik Dokumacılığın izlerini günümüzde dahi görmek mümkündür. Bu nedenle araştırılan tez çalışmasının etnoarkeolojik bir çalışma için zemin hazırlayabileceğinden önemlidir. Antik kaynaklar dışında, arkeolojik buluntular ile özellikle vazo ve duvar resimleri, mezar stelleri, kabartmalar ile bir takım heykelcikler bize Eskiçağ dokumacılığı açısından kaynak olur. Dokuma tezgâhlarında kullanılan tezgâh ağırlıklarını tiplerine göre gruplandırmak önemlidir. Tezgâh ağırlıklarının sahip oldukları ağırlık, dokunacak ürün ile kullanılacak ipin malzemesine göre değişim göstermektedir. Keza bu değişimi ağırşaklar için de söylemek mümkündür. Çalışmada Nif Dağı Kazısı'nda ele geçen dokuma gereçleri tipolojik olarak sınıflandırılacak ve ağırlıklarına göre bir grafik çizelgesi hazırlanacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn Ancient Ages, spindles and spindle whorls were used to produce rope from animal and herbal raw materials. The rope produced by the use of these tools weave the weaving looms which can be seen in various forms. The adventure of weaving didn't much change until the industrial revolution. Even today it is possible to see traces of ancient weaving. For this reason, it is important that the study of the thesis investigated can prepare the ground for an ethnoarchaeological study. Apart from ancient sources, archaeological finds, especially vases and wall paintings, funerary steles, reliefs and some figurines are sources of ancient weaving. It is important to group the loom weights used in weaving looms according to their type. Weights of loom weight, changes according to the rope material to be used and product to be woven. It is also possible to say this change for spindle whorls. In the study, the weaving tools found in the Nif Mountain Excavation will be typologically classified and a chart will be prepared according to the weights.en_US
