dc.description.abstractTedarik Zinciri Yönetimi (TZY) içinde tedarikçi performanslarını değerlendirmek en uygun tedarikçiyi seçebilmek önemli bir problemi oluşturur. Tedarikçiye ait performans ile işletme performansı doğrudan ilişkili olduğu için tedarikçilerin işletme amaçlarıyla uyumlu çalışabilmesi son derece önemlidir. Tedarikçi seçim problemleri birbiriyle çatışan, nicel veya nitel birden fazla sayıda faktörü barındırma potansiyeline sahip olabilmesi sebebiyle; sözkonusu problemlerin çözümünde karar vericiler çoğu zaman Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerini kullanmayı tercih etmektedirler. Çalışmada özellikli bir alan olan sağlık sektörü için tedarikçi seçim kriterlerinin belirlenerek uzman görüşleri sonucu karşılaştırma yapılabilmesine olanak sağlanmıştır. Çalışmanın ilk aşamasında TZY’ne ait kriterlerin tespitiyle ilgili çalışmalar incelenmiş ve derinlemesine literatür taraması yapılarak belirlenen kriterler konusunda deneyim sahibi sağlık uzmanlarının bilgilerine başvurmak suretiyle ilişkili hiyerarşik tablo meydana getirilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci aşamasında Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) karşılaştırma skalasına göre uzmanlar tarafından ikili karşılaştırmalar yapılarak kriterler arası ilişki düzeyleri belirlenmiş ve etki matrisi oluşturulmuştur. Üçüncü aşamada ise uzmanlar tarafından belirlenen eşik değerin üzerinde ilişki düzeyine sahip olan kriterler arasındaki karşılaştırma SuperDecisions programı kullanılarak Analytic Network Process/Analitik Ağ Süreci (ANP) yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractEvaluating supplier performances in Supply Chain Management (SCM) is an important problem to choose the most suitable supplier. Since the performance of the supplier and the performance of the business are directly related, it is extremely important for the suppliers to work in harmony with the business objectives. Due to the fact that supplier selection problems can have the potential to contain more than one conflicting, quantitative or qualitative factors; In solving these problems, decision makers often prefer to use multi-criteria decision making methods. In our study, supplier selection criteria were determined for the health sector, which is a special field, and it was possible to make comparisons as a result of expert opinions. In the first stage of the study, the studies related to the determination of the criteria of SCM were examined and a related hierarchical table was created by making an in-depth literature review and referring to the information of health experts who have experience in the determined criteria. In the second stage of the study, pairwise comparisons were made by the experts according to the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) comparison scale, and the correlation levels between the criteria were determined and the effect matrix was created. In the third stage, the comparison between the criteria with a relationship level above the threshold value determined by the experts was evaluated with the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method using the SuperDecisions program.en_US
