Kadın girişimçiliğinde finansal desteklere ulaşım farkındalığı: Trakya Bölgesi örneği

Özet
Kar amacı güderek mal veya hizmet üretimi yapmak amacıyla organizasyon oluşturan herkes girişimci olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Dünya nüfusu göz önüne alındığında bu nüfusun yarısının erkek yarısının da kadın olduğu görülmektedir. Fakat iş hayatına bakıldığında ise erkek ve kadın arasındaki oran yarı yarıya değildir. Bu durum özellikle gelişmemiş ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerde açıkça görülmektedir. Kadın girişimciliği özeline bakılarak ülkelerin gelişmişlik ve gelişmemişlik yorumu yapmak mümkündür. Ekonomik refahın oluşması için dünya üzerindeki gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerin çoğunda kadın girişimciliğini destekleme politikaları yer almaktadır. Fakat birçok kez bu politikalar girişimci ruhuna sahip kadınlar tarafından fark edilemeyip pek çok girişimci düşüncenin yok olduğu görülmektedir. Araştırma kapsamında kadın girişimciliğinde finansal desteklere ulaşımın fark edinilebilinmesi için gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerin kadın girişimcilik politikaları ve bu politikalardan fayda sağlayan kadın girişimciler incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme birçok ülkede kadın girişimciliği üzerine yapılan araştırmalardan derlenmiştir. Birçok ülkede yapılan araştırmadan esinlenerek kadın girişimciliğinde finansal farkındalık için bölgesel olarak Edirne ilinde kadınların fonlara ulaşımının farkındalığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırma Edirne ilinde Edirne Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası dışında diğer kurullar ve odalar tarafından objektif verilere ulaşılamadığından dolayı çalışma Edirne Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası bünyesine kayıtlı kadın girişimciler üzerinde yapılmıştır. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda kadın girişimcilerin devlete bağlı kurumların ve özel sektördeki kurumların verdiği desteklerin çoğunluk tarafından fark edildiği ortaya çıkmış ancak bu desteklerden faydalanılmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır.
Everyone who creates an organization to produce profitable goods or services is defined as an entrepreneur. Considering the world population, it is seen that half of this population is female. But when looking at business life, the ratio between man and woman is not half. This is especially evident in undeveloped and developing countries. It is possible to interpret the development and immaturity of countries by looking at women entrepreneurship in particular. Policies to support women entrepreneurship in most of the developed and developing countries around the world are taking place in order to create economic prosperity. But many times these policies are not recognized by women with entrepreneurial spirit, and many entrepreneurial thinkers seem to be missing. Within the scope of the research, women entrepreneurship policies of developed and developing countries and women entrepreneurs benefiting from these policies have been examined in order to be able to notice the access to financial support in women entrepreneurship. This review has been compiled from research on women entrepreneurship in many countries. Inspired by research conducted in many countries, the awareness of women's access to funds in the province of Edirne has been researched locally for financial awareness in women's entrepreneurship. The study was conducted on women entrepreneurs registered in the Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry since the objective was not reached by Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry other chambers and chambers. As a result of the research, it has been found out that the support of women entrepreneurs by the state-affiliated institutions and the private sector institutions is realized by the majority, but it is concluded that these subsidies are not utilized.
