| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, çalışanların, uzaktan öğrenmeye, bakış açılarının tespitine yöneliktir. Aynı zamanda çalışanların yaşadıkları sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri konusundaki görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırma, genel tarama modelinde yürütülmüştür. Verilerin toplanması için, uzman görüşlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Konu ile ilgili literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Anket iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, çalışanların kişisel bilgileri bulunmaktadır. İkinci bölümde, 33 madde yer almaktadır. Bu anket farklı meslek dallarında seçilmiş çalışanlara uygulanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre, çalışanların büyük çoğunluğu uzaktan eğitimin oldukça verimli olduğunu düşünmektedir. Aynı şekilde katılımcıların büyük çoğunluğu uzaktan eğitimin ekonomik olduğunu düşünmektedir. Uygulanan ankette en düşük ortalamaya sahip maddeler ise “Uzaktan eğitim ile öğrenme, yüz yüze eğitimle öğrenmeye göre daha zevklidir”, “Sınav soruları yüz yüze eğitimde olduğu gibi kolay cevaplanabiliyor” şeklindedir. | en_US |

| dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this research is to determine the views of employees on distant training. At the same time, it is aimed determining the opinions of the employees about the problems they are experiencing and the solution proposals. The study was conducted according to the general screening model. Expert opinions were used to collect the data. The related literature was searched. The survey consists of two parts. In the first part, there is personal information of employees. The second section contains 33 items. This survey has been applied to selected employees in different professions. According to findings from the research, the majority of the employees think that distance education is very efficient. Likewise, the vast majority of participants think that distance education is economical. The items with the lowest average in the survey are “Distant training is more enjoyable than face-to-face learning.”, “The exam questions can be answered as easly as face-to-face tarining.” | en_US |
