Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Edirne ilinde görev yapan öğretmenlerde mesleki tükenmişlik nedenlerini tespit etmektir. Bu nedenle Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri ( Maslach Burnout Inventory- MBI ) kullanılmıştır. Edirne ilinde görev yapan 212 öğretmene anket uygulanmıştır. Ankete katılanlardan %43.9’u erkek, %56.1’i ; %11.3’ü 20-25 yaş grubuna, %22.6’sı 26-30 yaş grubuna, %23.1’i 31-35 yaş grubuna,%16.5’i 31-35 yaş grubuna, %17.5’i 36-40 yaş grubuna, %7.5’i 41-45 yaş grubuna dahildir. Örnekleme giren öğretmenlerde çalıştıkları okula göre yapılan tek yönlü varyans analizinde duygusal tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasında anlamlı fark olduğu, duyarsızlık ve kişisel başarı düzeyinde ise anlamlı fark olmadığı; araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin yaş ortalamasıyla tükenmişlik düzeyine ilişkin yapılan tek yönlü varyans analizi sonucunda tükenmişlik ve duygusal tükenmişlik düzeyinde anlamlı fark bulunmamasına karşılık kişisel başarı ve duyarsızlık düzeyinde anlamlı fark bulunmuştur. Sahip olunan çocuk sayısı ile duygusal tükenmişlik düzeyi puanları aritmetik ortalaması arasında anlamlı fark bulunurken kişisel başarı ve duyarsızlık düzeyinde anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır. Öğretmenlerin eğitim durumu ile tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasında anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır. Örnekleme dahil olan öğretmenlerin haftalık ders saati, medeni durum, branşlara ve cinsiyetine göre tükenmişlik düzeyi arasında anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler : Tükenmişlik
The aim of this research is to find out the reasons of professional burnout teachers work in Edirne. In one way variance analysis that was done with the teachers who are in illustration, according to the school they work, ıt has been foun out that in spite of there isn’t a meaningful difference between burnout and emotional burnout, there is a meaningful difference between personal success and in level of personality, as a result of one sided variance analysis that was done according to their age avarage it has been found out that there is a meaninfu difference between the number of kids they have and the points of the levels of the emotional burnout, it hasn’t been found out a meaningful difference between their level of education and level of burnout.ıt hasn’t been found out a meaningful difference in level of burnout according to their marital status,weekly lessons and their sex Key words:Burnout
