| dc.description.abstract | Örgütsel sessizlik davranışı; motivasyon eksikliği, mutsuzluk, işten ayrılma eğilimleri, stres gibi birçok olumsuzluklara sebep olmaktadır. Örgütsel sessizlik gibi, hastayken işyerinde bulunma olarak adlandırılan Presenteeism kavramı da çalışanın işte bulunmasına rağmen işe konsantre olamaması, kendini yorgun ve tükenmiş hissetmesi gibi nedenler yaratmakta olup bu da üretkenlik kaybına ve sağlık sorunlarına yol açmaktadır. Bu çalışmada X ve Y kuşağı öğretmenlerinin çalıştıkları kurumlarda sessizliği tercih ettiklerinde, sessizliğin kurum kültürüne ve kurumun gelişimine sağlayacağı olumlu ve olumsuz sonuçları ortaya koyulmaya çalışılacaktır. Presenteeism de ise öğretmenlerin hasta iken okula gelme sebepleri araştırılarak bu sebeplerin performanslarına ve sağlık sorunlarına etkilerini anlamak açısından önemli olacaktır. Çalışanların sessiz kalmaya karar verme noktasında ne zaman ve hangi koşullarda sessiz kalmaya yöneldiklerini anlamamızda, ayrıca çalışanların fiziksel ve psikolojik açıdan hazır olmadığı halde çalışmaya devam etme durumlarının, X ve Y kuşakları üzerindeki rolünü ve bunun düzeyini tespit etmemiz açısından önemli olacaktır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde kuşaklardan bahsedilmekte, ikinci bölümünde örgütsel sessizlik ve seslilik davranışları, üçüncü bölümünde ise presenteeism kavramı açıklanmaktadır. Bu çalışmayla ilgili araştırma hipotezleri ortaya konularak Kırklareli ili Lüleburgaz ilçesinde bulunan resmî kurumlarda çalışan öğretmenlere uygulanan anket çalışması ile X ve Y kuşakları bağlamında örgütsel sessizlik ve presenteeism ilişkisine yönelik bulgular tespit edilerek analiz edilecektir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The silence behavior on the employees causes many negations such as lack of motivation, unhappiness, tendency to leave of employement, stres. Like organizational silence, the concept of Presenteeism, which is called being in the workplace while sick, causes reasons such as lack of concentration and feeling exhausted despite the presence of the employee, which results in loss of productivity and health problems. In this study, when the teachers of the generations X and Y prefer silence in the institutions they work, the positive and negative consequences of silence on the corporate culture and the development of the institution, will be tried to reveal. In Presenteeism, it will be important to investigate the causes of teachers coming to school when they are sick and to understand the effects of these reasons on their performance and health problems. While in the first part of the study, generations are mentioned, in the second part, organizational silence and soundness behaviors and in the third part presenteeism is explained. The research hypotheses related to this study will be put forward and the findings of the relationship between organizational silence and presenteeism in the context of generations X and Y will be determined and analyzed by the questionnaire applied to the teachers working in official institutions in Lüleburgaz district of Kırklareli province. | en_US |
